Disrupt our remote workplace a little with this 6 weeks online class with tiny 2h hacks. These sessions are specially adjusted for the needs of STARTUPS, whether in Seed & Founding, Startup, Growth & Expansion, Exit or Later Stages. Nowhere else, the VUCA world is as impactful as here, where the most innovative new business ideas excel and scale up, despite highly insecure economics, such as Covid pandemic impediments. Learn the most impactful tools and methods of agility while catching up and connecting with international peers. Get inspirations from our professional STARTUP coach, consultant and speaker Rebecca, who is working with a wide range of STARTUPS in Berlin, Germany. In Agility Foundations you will learn about agile principles and how you can prepare and develop your STARTUP organization, culture and eco-system towards its agility shift. Understand your company's actual state and grade of healthy agility needed. In the Agile HR sessions you will follow up with specific tools, methods which can boost your HR towards a real game changer role. Whether you work in HR or not, these tools will make you understand how you can really motivate and empower your people. In the Agile Leadership section, you will link the above learned principles, tools and methods with your own personality being or becoming a leader in an agile team. As every great leader starts first with self-leadership, you will discover how you can fill your agile role in your daily worklife.
