Welcome to HR Nomad!
HR Nomad was founded by Rebecca Eifried (MBA) in 2017. Rebecca Eifried is an HRM Consultant, Systemic Coach (ECA), Systemic Trainer, Moderator, Mediator (BM), Agile HR, Agile Leadership Expert with more than 12 years of experience in different HR & Management positions in international businesses. She has gained a broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of Human Relations, Organizational Design.
What does HR Nomad stand for? One word: DEVELOPMENT. Our mission is to grow businesses and people at the same time, by nurturing values and mindsets together with competencies and agile methods. Like a nomad, we accompany startups & SME just as long as you really need it - and totally on demand - with e.g. hr management training courses, New Work, agile HR, agile leadership, OKR implementation etc. We develop together a tailor-made growth and activity plan just for you, which allows you to reach your next level and to grow on yourselves.
